| Malt/Rice Extract |
Developed specifically by our research people to answer the need for a malt sweetener which is GMO FREE (no corn present). Dry Malt/Rice Extract is a spray dried free flowing powder, all natural, with a mellow sweet malt flavor.
It is an ideal sweetener for many forms of mixes and it’s light color is easily combined with other ingredients without causing color change to the final product .
Liquid Malt/Rice extract can be produced to each customer’s specific needs e.g color, maltiness, sweetness, glycemic index, and freezing point for ice creams and frozen desserts.

| Agave Syrup |
 Agave
syrup is made from the Blue Agave plant, the same plant
used in making Tequila. It
is an excellent natural replacement for sucrose, invert
and high fructose corn syrup. It has the sweetness of
invert and a very low glycemic value. |

Tapioca Syrup |
 Tapioca
syrup is made from the cassava plant root. It is an excellent
match for and replacement of, regular corn syrup, providing
similar sweetness, body and humectancy. |
